Ciara's Sexy Bet

For a while it seemed Ciara was living the fairy tale life. She was engaged to rapper Future and welcomed a new baby son last year. Ciara has yet to recapture the shine and notoriety she first had with early hits like “Goodies, “1,2 Step” and even “Promise”. But that could all be changing after the release of her new music video, “I Bet”. Physically, she looks amazing and it’s the first time we’ve seen in revealing attire since the birth of her son. Obviously, she hasn’t skipped a beat.

However, as she sings herself in “I Bet”, it’s a song she wishes she didn’t have to sing. “I Bet” is her own story put to song about her ugly breakup with Future. It’s more mature than her fast paced hits that she’s become known for. I can’t say the song is anything to write home about, but sex sells records….and so does drama. Depending on how she uses the Future breakup to her advantage, I could see this being a minor hit for her. Some industry producers aren’t too hot on the song though.
