Pennsylvania Judge Elizabeth McHugh has decided that there is enough evidence in the Bill Cosby aggravated indecent assault case by accuser Andrea Constand, for it to go to trial.
The case is going forward more than 10 years after the incident because the original prosecutors decided not to try it, because they did not believe they could prove the charges during trial. However, new prosecutors have decided that given new evidence that has come to light over the years, the case is prosecutable.
The case was reopened because Andrea Constand talked to prosecutors after the civil suit against Cosby was settled and a deposition from that case was made public.
The civil case was settled for an undisclosed amount in 2006. It has been 10 years since that settlement, which you can bet was very large which raises suspicions that the reason this is suddenly going to criminal court is because Constand is running out of money. This woman knows such a criminal trial will automatically cause Cosby to ultimately try and buy her off again.
Since the civil trial, Constand has blown the settlement money and now needs to try and legally extort more millions from Cosby. We will see this shortly after the criminal trial begins with her suddenly dropping all charges against Cosby using some flimsy excuse like she can’t mentally handle the stress of the trial. However, behind the scenes, she will again be paid off secretly by Cosby to drop the charges.
This was her scheme all along in waiting as long as she could, just before the Pennsylvania Statutes of Limitations was up on this case.
Andrea Constand in reality, is nothing more than a leech who latched on to a lifetime source of money in carefully planning her extortion from Cosby. In reality, Bill Cosby should file criminal charges of extortion and racketeering against her.
