-Following Australian Weather Bureau, more bad weather is predicted across South West WA, including Perth.
-Several homes have lost power in Mandurah.

01:18 UTC (local time 03:18; 2012/12/12 @ epicenter) - M 4.8 moderate shallow earthquake near the East Coast of Honshu, Japan (@ 15 km depth) with epicenter located 26 km ESE of Iwaki. Light to weak shaking will have felt by the people of Kitaibaraki, Takahagi, Namie, Hitachi, Iwaki, Kōriyama and Tokyo.
