Recent Natural Disasters

  • Tornadoes and Snowstorms across southern United States
    -Several tornadoes reported across southern United States.
    -Tornado touched down in Mobile, Alabama. There were reports of damage to trees and widespread power outages.-At least two person are reported to be killed in different weather-related accidents across southern United States. One was killed in Texas and another in Oklahoma.
    -Following The National Weather Service (NWS), tornadoes also touched down in Mississippi, Texas and Louisiana. Tornado in McNeill in southern Mississippi damaged 12 houses and injured eight people.
    -More than 180 flights nationwide were canceled by midday.
    -Following Accuweather.com, the storm is expected to evolve into a blizzard from Arkansas to southern Illinois on Tuesday night.
    -More storms are predicted on Christmas day in southern and eastern Alabama, the Florida Panhandle and southwest Georgia (Photo Source: SkyNews).

    -Death toll from the Christmas storm has risen to three.
    -At least 34 tornadoes reported from Texas to Alabama.

      Is it the storms or earthquakes faults that people are too stupid to cater for them, that you call them a “natural disaster”?

      It’s more a testament to the stupidity of humanity than natural when humanities attitude is the actual disaster. :wink:
