Katrina, Manmade For Profit

In mourning the eighth anniversary of the Hurricane Katrina catastrophe this week, it behoves Americans to understand that the crisis was not Mother Nature’s fault, a “natural disaster,” as usually referred, but rather a highly profitable crises involving the petrochemical-military-industrial-complex (PMIC).

“The most important thing to remember about the drowning of New Orleans is that it wasn’t a natural disaster,” said Times reporter, Michael Grunwald. “It was a man-made disaster, created by lousy engineering, misplaced priorities and pork-barrel politics.”

The Motive and the Means

For decades, the Big Easy residents and those throughout South Louisiana feared the thought of a hurricane hitting New Orleans and entering the Mississippi River. They knew this would be catastrophic.

Katrina was not the Category 5 killer when it neared New Orleans. It was a Category 3, that missed New Orleans, where it was actually a weak 2.

“The city’s defenses should have withstood its surges, and if they had we never would have seen the squalor in the Superdome, the desperation on the rooftops, the shocking tableau of the Mardi Gras city underwater for weeks,’ Grunwald said.

His report, as every mainstream news report, excluded the covered-up fact that more carcinogenic oil spewed from Katrina’s wrath than during the Exxon-Valdez disaster. The Katrina oil disaster was man-made.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (fema) quickly became the Katrina scapegoat.

The U.S. Army was the actual culprit  for the catastrophic loss of life and property. Its Corps of Engineers was to blame.

“Before Katrina, the Corps was spending more in Louisiana than in any other state, but much of it was going to wasteful and destructive pork instead of protection for New Orleans; one Corps project actually intensified Katrina’s surge,” Grunwald reported. “After Katrina, a series of investigations ripped the Corps for building flimsy floodwalls in soggy soils, based on wildly flawed analyses—and shoddy engineering was only one way the Corps betrayed New Orleans.”

Is the U.S. Army, the petrochemical-military-industrial-complex,  really that incompetent? Or, is it possible that the Big One was planned for Disaster Capitalism, as Naomi Klein comprehensively details in her book, The Shock Doctrine?

Who benefited in the Katrina aftermath reconstruction building bonanza? Mainly the then President George Bush’s and Dick Cheney’s cronies at Halliburton, as Democracy Now! exposes in its videoed report directly below. 

On Countdown, Keith Olbermann also exposed Cheny’s criminal actions related to both of the Louisiana Gulf coast crises – Katrina and the BP oil catastrophe.

Olbermann called the latter, “Cheney’s Katrina.” 

How to manipulate Mother Nature for profit

Even more interesting to a growing number of citizens globally is the possibility that Katrina was triggered by weaponry in the hands of the petro-chemical-military-industrial-complex (PMIC), such as scalar weaponry that has the capacity to heat areas. In the case of Katrina, an “unnatural” hot spot was idenitifed in the Gulf just south of New Orelans just before Katrina arrived – drawing it like a magnet to and over that precise spot.

“We have blamed these recent weather anomalies on global warming, the sun in an unusual solar maxim, over-population, galactic dust storms (see Ulysses) and increased pollution (particulates) effecting weather patterns and intensities,” says Above Top Secret. “But who is to say that these spatial systems are not also being exploited… to destroy land and infrastructure?” 

In recent days, the “shadowy government,” with its CIA Within The CIA hub, has been better exposed as the body covertly controlling the U.S. and its worldwide human rights abuses.

It has been years since the Joint Chiefs of Staff declassified its aim to control the weather by 2025.  Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025, a research paper written by a seven person team of military officers, was presented in 1996. That report is part of a larger study now dubbed Air Force 2025.

During his retirement, Lt. Col. Tom Bearden spoke extensively about scalar weather weapons, blaming the Russians for using them acorss the United States, not our own PMIC. Bearden has been discredited for espousing “perpetual motion.” But was his scalar weaponry assessment faulty?

The year before Katrina hit, the head of Global Research Center, Prof. Michel Chossudovsky, reported on weather weaponry, calling it the “ultimate weapon of mass destruction.” 

“In 2025 US aerospace forces can ‘own the weather’ by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to warfighting applications,” states the report. “Such a capability offers the warfighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures,” the military says in its report on weather warfare.

As southerners braced for the Big One, many shared notes on a Times Picayune Forum. One of those Forum users, who said he was a scientist, wondered “what was going” on.

“This is not normal!” that Forum user exclaimed, referring readers to the official USGS radar map, clearly showing a pronounced red spot in the Gulf of Mexico – just south of New Orleans.

That dot represented an uniquely magnified heat – possibly man-made.

Heat draws hurricanes. That’s why climate change advocates said “global warming” caused Katrina.

Many scalar signatures were visible as the hurricane rolled over southeastern Louisiana’s marshy lowlands, according to Scott Stevens, nine-year veteran weather man at KPVI-TV, who, according to the Associated Prees, found it difficult at the station, basically due to its complicity in widespread media cover-up of weather weapons. (Metabunk website discredits Stevens, as it does many researchers and reporters.)

“I’m not looking forward to this trip,” former Pres. George Bush said, as he headed for Louisiana in the Katrina aftermath. “It’s as if the entire Gulf Coast were obliterated by the worst kind of weapon you can imagine.”
