Is Yellowstone Super Volcano Being Used as a Backup Plan?

There is a lot of action and speculation going on in and around the Yellowstone Super Volcano area, with noted earthquakes coming in series, the shutdown of many scientific measurements(which makes no sense, why would you shut down when the action starts?), and the government playing down the situation.  When the government stops talking, it’s time to pay attention.

Could it be that our government, or the NWO, or the Illuminati, is planning to use the Yellowstone Super Volcano as a backup plan to destroy the USA?  If all of their other maniacal schemes fail to do the job, is it possible that they could use HAARP, or some other technology to set off the volcano and initiate the apocalypse?

Are they that insane?  Do they have the capability?  Does the evil run so deep that they would try to start an event that could end life on our planet?
