Why are people so ROTTEN as to loiter. Even in my apartment complex…..tenants will open their car doors and toss their trash onto the ground right there in the parking lot exactly where they return at the days end to their parking stall….thinking someone else can pick it up for them. My asst mgr will rip them a good one if he catches such lazy disrespect. Yes DISRESPECT. You must be held accountable for your behavior. If you go to parks TAKE PLASTIC TRASH BAGS FOR YOUR TRASH…..THEN KEEP THE DAMN THINGS UNTIL YOU FIND A LITTER BIN. The precious animals and the environment always take priority. This thing of tossing trash into lakes is also horrific….reprehensible…..repugnant!!!! Personally I have zero tolerance for littering…..anywhere….anytime….anyplace. I find it appalling. You should feel guilty and ashamed of yourselves if you litter. Those beautiful parks are to be respected and valued.
