What’s to become of the Hampstead whistleblower kids?

Letter to John Hemmings MP from professional adviser

I did it inadvertently, John, by allowing access to the videos where the kids are speaking. The mother did not know at all. And she does not make the allegations. It’s her children who at long last had begun to ‘talk’ after their father had threatened to kill them, should they speak out. She had no idea that their erratic behaviour was typical of being abused.

I produced the attached Position Statement for the last hearing. That made it clear to the mother and her McKenzie Friend Belinda McKenzie that the intention was NOT to return the children and that her issues were NOT going to be addressed by the judge:

• ICO
• NMO
• Equality of contact.

Hence I published this petition https://www.change.org/p/the-rt-hon-theresa-may-mp-return-whistleblower-kids-and-abuse-survivors-of-london-school-to-their-russian-family in my personal capacity after the judge had asked Belinda to give an undertaking on behalf of the Association of McKenzie Friends to keep everything confidential, even though she knew and said that ‘the genie is out of the bottle’. Corporate McKenzie gagging?

When emailing Theresa May about adding her address as recipient and decision maker to the petition, I BCCed one blogger who published the email which contained the link to the mother’s PRIVATELY recorded videos that I tried to get you to see. The rest is ‘viral’.

I Cc the mother’s MP Mike Freer who had offered to help and Austin Mitchell MP to whom I introduced the mother and her parents. Christopher Chope MP suggested MPs who are in the Council of Europe. That seems to be the more appropriate body than the EU and “Social Services in Europe” will be on the Plenary agenda in April.

These private videos are NOT part of the court proceedings. They are the 8-year-old boy and the 9-year-old girl speaking. They are the only way to get adults to believe them anything. Words on paper won’t do it. Even a cynical journalist said so. And a retired constable who sat next to me on my return from Brussels encouraged me big time to expose what is clearly wrong. He explained how the judicial system is biased towards protecting perpetrators rather than victims!

The case is becoming one of ‘veracity proved by cover-ups’:

• The attached ‘defence’ by the Met against the JR requesting to re-open the criminal case caused this:

o   The Met contacted Barnet Council who launched a first additional hearing re the use of ‘confidential documents’ which resulted in the judge confiscating the 3 hours of police interviews which you interpreted so accurately: being nice to make the evidence disappear.

o   They then contacted Haringey Council who took the author of the attached Witness Statements to court because she had copied ‘Emily’ as the name of a sibling of Baby P from a document on the net.

o   The judge suggested that she would deal with the JR rather than the Admin Court.

o   Meanwhile Barnet wanted to write to all interested parties of the JR and ask for destruction of the evidence. That includes Russian speaking MEPs I am in touch with.

• Barnet’s barrister talking to the judge privately behind the mother’s back to get me to appear in Court which I did. Order attached.

o   The result was that I set one post to PRIVATE which mentioned the way the case is listed for the Court hearing: LB Barnet v Draper. The mother’s name could lead to the identification of the kids, they claimed. I changed the text and set it to public again.

In Australia, paedophiles were protected by Police, too, before a Royal Commission was established. But here, Ella and her parents would be happy to take the children back to Russia asap! She now feels that she sacrificed her children for the sake of the others who are suffering. Her then partner had said they should keep them abroad…
