“We will not allow Greece to be turned into a warehouse of souls! We will accept permanently only so many migrants [a rate] corresponding to our population in the Europe of 28,” Tsipras said during a joint press conference with Tusk and stressed that “Greece already assumed a disproportional weight in the refugee crisis.”

EUCO President Donald Tusk sent first of all a message to the millions refugees and migrants awaiting in Turkey to cross over to Europe.

“Here from Athens, I want to appeal to all potential illegal economic migrants wherever you are from: Do not come to Europe. Do not believe the smugglers. Do not risk your lives and your money. It is all for nothing. Greece or any other European country will no longer be a transit country. The Schengen rules will enter into force again.”

Looks like the Migrant floodgates are about to be set loose just as the War in Syria aka WWIII is about to enter a new stage as a new distraction and crisis is needed to keep the EU divided about the Wars at their doorsteps of their own making and design and funding and support.

These same governments fund the ISIS Cabal through drug money and third party proxy armies and all oil smuggling and pour fuel on fire by selling Weapons of War to a Warzone and then pretend they are concerned about the poor refugees when the entire operation was of their own design and doing. 

It was the Hegelian Dialect of Problem Reaction Solution. It was a tried and true method of fomenting Social Chaos by the Social Engineers.

The Mazzini Pike Plan for fomenting a WWIII is going just like planned and just like the script their had been given.

Get ready Europe for the Migrants they are some real monsters and demons amongst them so beware and protect your family and property. These are not normal refugees who would leave their women and children to be slaughtered and raped while they run down highways and barricades trying to get state hand outs and housing.
