For three days, on May 4th, 5th and 6th of 2012, a proposed one hundred 3rd degree Master Masons will in secret, behind the public eye move up through the ranks of the Ancient Scottish Rites from the 4th degree all the way to the 32nd degrees of Master Masons in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at the Santa Fe Scottish Rite Cathedral.
On June 23rd, 2012 there will be a historical tri-centennial celebration anniversary for: the 100th year of New Mexico becoming a State of the Union; the 100th year of the Santa Fe Scottish Rite Cathedral; and the 100 Master Masons hopefully attaining the 31st degree.
This event is opened to the public and the History Channel will be there filming this first time ever opportunity. One of the chosen tri-centennial 100 Master Masons will make history there again, by being the first Master Mason to experience the mysterious rites of the 31st degree for all of the eyes of the general public to judge in the near future, on the History Channel.
