Jack Logan The Founder of Put Down The Guns Now Young People Organization along with members of the organization have organized a rally for justice event for 19 year old Zacahery Hammond who is white was murderded by a white Seneca Police Officer in South Carolina. Jack Logan who is African American the organizer say color of the skin do not matter when wrong doing have been done. The event will be held August 15 2015 at Norton Thompson Park in the City of Seneca South Carolina in downtown Seneca. The event will begin at 12:00 noon
