Daily Haze: Week 10 Waiver Wire Adds
Happy election day. Good luck avoiding your Facebook friends today. It’s going to be a mess on there.
Twitter should be fun though. Usually some funny stuff floating around. I don’t know how much political commentary I’ll get into today, but you still should follow @TheHazean, @bryan_CTP and @JimDerryJr.
Onto the waiver wire discussion …
The Dolphins may have lost to Andrew Luck and the Colts, but Ryan Tannehill put on a show too. In keeper leagues, I’d be adding him to your bench. If Miami gets any help at wide receiver this offseason, the kid is going to be even better next year. He’s in a system that will succeed with the passing game.
Darren McFadden has a high ankle sprain that will keep him out a few weeks. Marcel Reece, the full back, is the guy you want. Will split some time with Taiwan Jones. I’m still waiting for the wheels to fall off Michael Turner so that Jacquizz Rodgers can get a fair shot, but I’d worry a little about Jason Snelling taking over Turner’s role should that happen. Jacquizz still worth a stash if you are done with bye weeks.
Ryan Broyles is a perfect slot receiver for the Lions, I like the action he’s gotten since Nate Burleson went down. Deep league option only, though. Antonio Brown is banged up, so Emmanuel Sanders makes for a nice claim today. If Andre Roberts still isn’t owned in your league, put him on your bench this week.
Still a few bye weeks to go, so if you need a tight end look for Jermaine Gresham. Bengals playing catch-up in most games now and Andy Dalton is competent enough to fill the stat sheet and spread the ball around. A.J. Green keeps the defense off Gresham.
