Christopher Banks Corporation (CBK) is a retailer of women’s apparel and accessories.

I’ve been watching CBK bounce off its 52 week low (06/16 $4.00) but unable to make time to post my thoughts. So tonight I will at least post the name with the intention to complete over the next few days. Today there was additional insider buying. The red flags are with slower inventory turns, cash conversion, and cash flow from operations less than NI for several quarters. This indicates aggressive accrual accounting and low quality of earnings. But there are too many positives to ignore the stock. I will complete the post and present more details over the next few days.
