Niocorp doubles the size of fund-raising

Niocorp Developments Ltd (CVE:NB) is to increase the size of its bought deal short form prospectus offering.

Broker Mackie Research Capital has agreed to purchase 3.1mln units of the company at a price of 65 cents per unit, raising gross proceeds for Niocorp of just over C$2mln.

Each unit will consist of one common share of Niocorp and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of Niocorp at a price of 85 cents.

Funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes.

Previously the company had intended to raise C$1mln by placing units at 65 cents a throw.
