IPO Roundup: Clinical-stage biotech Vaccinex could raise nearly US$50mln in its IPO

Vaccinex Inc (NASDAQ:VCNX) will price its shares Thursday. The biotech researches and develops biotherapeutics for neurogenerative diseases, cancers and autoimmune diseases. Its developing treatments for Huntington’s disease and non-small cell lung cancer. The New York-based clinical-stage company will issue more than 3.3 million shares priced between US$12 and US$15, raising as much as US$49.9mln.

Mesa Air Group Inc (NASDAQ:MESA) could be the largest IPO of the week. The Phoenix-based regional airline operates flights on behalf of American Airlines Group Inc (NASDAQ:AAL) and United Continental Holdings Inc (NYSE:UAL). Mesa has a fleet of 145 aircraft. The company will issue 10.7 million shares priced between US$14 and US$16, raising as much as US$171.2mln.

Pacific City Financial Corp (NASDAQ:PCB) will price its shares at the end of the week. The commercial bank offers financial services with a specific focus on Korean-American communities. The bank currently has 13 branches and 10 loan production offices. The California-based company plans to issue around 2.4 million shares priced between US$20 and US$22, raising as much as US$52.4mln.
