PreveCeutical Medical strikes licensing deal with Asterion Cannabis for three natural health products

PreveCeutical Medical Inc (CNSX:PREV) has inked a deal with Asterion Cannabis Inc, which gives the former licence to use, manufacture, distribute and sell three Health Canada-approved natural health products.

The products in question are three natural sleep aids – “Blissful Sleep”, “Blissful Sleep Ex” and “Skullcap Serenity”.

Skullcap Serenity can also be used to help relieve anxiety and pain.

They are licensed for an initial term of five years, which will be renewable for five consecutive one year terms.

Preveceutical will pay Asterion a royalty equal to 20% of the gross sales from the products sold.

Asterion will remain the exclusive owner of all intellectual property (IP) licensed to Preveceutical and all products will be marketed, promoted, leased and sold solely under Preveceutical’s branding and trademarks.

Health sciences firm Preveceutical also announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Monster Media, in which it will provide investor relations services.

Monster Media provides digital interactive out-of-home advertising solutions in the United States and internationally.

As part of the services provided under the IR deal, Monster Media will host and display advertorial content supplied by Preveceutical.

The firm has paid Monster Media a one-time marketing fee of US$$50,000 and will pay Monster Media a monthly hosting fee of US$$2,000.

Shares in Preveceutical in Toronto were unchanged at C$0.04.
