So What's Next

Just a list. Not too complicated, but time to think about the next few months. We’re in the “Quickening”……”the Fourth Turning”….. basically we’re in the “circling of the drain”….. Fortunately some commenters may want to add their two cents to this list so feel free to add.

1) A debt supercycle  out of mathematical necessity must expand its debt at an ever increasing rate or die. So this year and fairly soon we will see and epic amount of money printing. They may try to “jaw bone” our economy and give  an illusion that money printing will not be necessary immediately, and to some degree that’s true with the recent stimulus, but again that is an illusion of levitating turds. The Fed is not joking when they tell you inflation is necessary.

2) What will stop this? Really the true limiting factor will, and has always been inflation/hyperinflation. How did you go broke?? At first very slowly, then all of a sudden. We’re in the slow phase now and entering into the quickening. I still think we’ve got a year but no bets here. You know the drill by now.

3) Along the same lines get ready for some sticker shocks this year in necessities. Not only should prices start rising (already have) but it should really shock us before year end in many staples. Beans will still be affordable. Also watch for scattered shortages to expand this year as supply lines are strained. The JIT system will be intentionally probed.

4) Pressure on the Dollar will continue with the usual short squeezes but trend will remain down. Could see a retest of 92 but who cares…..trend is down.

5) Gold and silver….trend is up. If you wanna gamble with leveraged paper then feel free to play their game. They’ll win because you can’t take their pain. Miners are paper but if you aren’t in a leveraged position, you stand a fighting chance. This year should see the effects of years of suppression resulting in a real surge, but the volatility will make most leaves get shaken out.

6) Politics…..That ended years ago and if you thought it didn’t then you surely realize after the past month its truly over. Survive by keeping yourself in shape….mentally and physically. I see the strain on many people now of realizing just how insignificant they are in the scheme of these maniacs. Your strength is in your friends and your family. This blog is part of my family which is why I have not closed it. So use it as such if you need to.

7) Lastly COVID 19……..More to come….COVID 20 (already here)….then COVID 21…..etc. Some of you surely understand by now WHY this virus is here and HOW. Its to chew us apart and it is. Some very sharp people here have helped keep us informed and I welcome their input on this. I know there are scientists and professionals that are lurkers and I welcome their input on therapies and vaccines. Happy Fucking New Year.
