Bobo's Oat Bars Offer A Wholesome Alternative to Candy This Halloween

Okay, so my family loves Halloween. Of course the dressing up, spooky decorations, and overall feel of this Holiday get them excited. But I am not a fool…I know what they really look forward to: The treats and candy! You see, in my house, I am very picky about what I allow my kids to eat. We don’t really do junk food here, and I almost never buy things like candy, ice cream, or chips. They actually call me the “Junk Food Nazi.” Halloween is one of the few times my kids actually get to enjoy processed, sugary treats. In moderation, of course. 

Since the kids will undoubtedly receive huge hauls of candy in their treat bags this year, I will be trying to counter-act this by offering equally delicious, yet more wholesome treats here at home. One treat I am loving right now are Bobo’s Oat Bars. These moist, flavorful oat bars and bites come in several mouth-watering flavors, and are made with organic, wholesome ingredients that you can actually pronounce. (That’s always a huge plus in my home!) 

Bobo’s are baked from scratch, and contain absolutely nothing artificial. No preservatives, dyes, or artificial flavors to be found. Just pure, organic ingredients that are packed full of nutrition and tons of flavor. These will definitely satisfy a sweet tooth without all of the empty calories found in a candy bar.

All 3 of my kids really love Bobo’s products. My preschoolers enjoy having the smaller, Bobo’s Bites, as a quick snack or as a part of a balanced meal. My teenager loves the full sized bars, and often takes them to school. He’s a growing kid, and seems to get hungry often. (Maybe it’s a tape-worm? Hollow legs, perhaps?) He loves being able to grab a Bobo’s Oat Bar from his backpack to munch on between classes or in study hall. They help him stay full and focused during class, which helps him to concentrate on his studies, not his growling stomach. 

Overall, I am definitely impressed with what Bobo’s Oat Bars has to offer. These bars and bites are soft and moist, and are packed full of delicious flavor.
