Sophie's Getting Ready for Kindergarten With Peppa Pig #Sponsored

I can hardly believe that the summer is almost over. It really has flown by this year. What’s even more hard to believe is that my Sophie will be starting Kindergarten. Seriously, why do little ones have to grow up so quickly? I wish I could just freeze time somehow. You know, keep them little just a bit longer. 

Anyway, Sophie is absolutely thrilled to be starting school. She was even more excited when a package full of Peppa Pig Back to School goodies showed up, especially for her! Well, sort of…..She does have to share some of it with Xander. Otherwise, there would be a whole lot of fighting going on, and that’s never a good thing. I have 2 little Peppa Pig fans, so we’ve made sure there’s enough Peppa Pig to go around! 

Included in this special Peppa Pig package were an adorable backpack, perfect for the new academic year, as well as Write with Peppa: Peppa’s Chalk ABCs, Peppa Pig School Bus Trip DVD and mini-book, some cool Peppa apparel, and a Peppa & George School Building Set. How awesome is that?! 

Check out Sophie modeling her Peppa clothing and backpack. It chokes me up. She looks like such a big girl now! Even if the backpack is almost as big as she is. 

We absolutely love the Write with Peppa: Peppa’s Chalk ABCs book. This board book comes complete with 4 pieces of chalk. It helps kids learn to identify and write their ABC’s. Kids can even learn words that each letter starts with using this book. The chalk erases away with the provided sponge, and then you can start all over on a blank slate. This is wonderful, since it gives both Sophie and Xander the chance to practice their reading and writing skills. 

The star of the show would have to be the Peppa & George School Building Set. After all, kids love hands-on play. This 87 piece set is geared towards kids ages 2-5years, and includes Peppa and George figures and stickers to create a real schoolhouse play experience. 

Sophie and Xander both love this fun playset. They love the fact that they can play student and teacher with the figurines, and they take turns teaching each other things. Well, Sophie usually ends up teaching Xander. She is the older sister, after all! 

We’re SO excited about the start of a new school year, and the kids are beyond thrilled that Peppa Pig has been a part of the excitement.
