Summer is officially here and with the heat comes several COOL books that are perfect additions to every mom’s boredom-proof summer survival kit! These titles are ideal for road trips, camp care packages and those loooong late summer days when kids are bored and parents are figuring out how to survive until September.
All 3 of my kids have been absolutely OBSESSED with these books, even though they range in age from 16 to 5! That’s right….Even my teenager thinks these titles are absolutely awesome. It’s rare to find anything all 3 kids enjoy, and National Geographic Kids nailed it!
Not only are these books beautiful with tons of vibrant photos, they are also jam-packed with fun facts and information on basically everything under the sun! Kids love learning when it’s engaging and fun, and these books are exactly that.
Here’s a bit more about each of these books:
Real or Fake? by Emily Krieger (ages 8-12) – NEW SERIES ALERT! – Can you mail an unpackaged coconut via the United States Postal Service? Are tiger cubs born furless and without stripes?
