Our Mother Son Date Night with Red's Natural Foods #Ad

Now that summer is in full swing, we have been trying to do as much as we can with our kiddos. They are free of the demands of their school and academic schedules, so it’s time for some memory making and family fun! 

In our town, there is a fairly regular Daddy Daughter Dance that’s hosted at our local Cultural Center. Dan and Sophie love attending that together. On the days that they have their special night out on the town, I have an at-home date with my 6 year old, Xander. He loves the one on one time with Mommy, and I love time with my favorite little guy. 

In order to help make an informal dinner on the deck extra special, the awesome folks at Red’s All Natural allowed us to try several of their best-selling products. 

Don’t know Red’s All Natural? 

Allow me to tell you a bit about this awesome brand. 

First of all….Red? He’s a dog. A Mexican food loving pup who knows quality when he sniffs it.

We headed out to our local Giant Eagle Market District store to pick up an assortment of Red’s products for our special Mexican feast. We grabbed some burritos and burrito bowls, some enchiladas, and even some fabulous rice bowls. Red’s All Natural has quite an impressive variety, and all of their products are made from the highest quality, fresh ingredients. 

Xander and I ended up choosing to savor some Pork Carnitas Burrito Bowls, Chicken and Cheese Burritos, and some fresh Cherry Tomatoes. 

Let me tell you, this meal did not disappoint! The Carnitas Burrito Bowl was flavorful and authentic tasting, and we could really tell that the ingredients were of the utmost freshness. The Cilantro-Lime Rice and Verde Sauce were flavor rockstars on my tongue. I’m seriously drooling just thinking about it! 

The Chicken and Cheese Burritos were also flavorful and fresh. I love the tortilla, since it’s light and delicious without overpowering the filling. After all, the filling should be the star of the show, not a flour tortilla! 

We were definitely very pleased with our Mexican date night out on the deck. Xander and I got to hang out, enjoying this awesome food while talking about boogers, Minecraft, and how he can annoy his sister in the near future. It was a wonderful experience, and we will turn to Red’s All Natural next time we want to make a quick, at home meal something extra special. 

Also, be sure to check out Red’s All Natural’s Taquitos. I couldn’t locate them in my local area stores, but they look fantastic. I’ve always loved crisp taquitos, as they make the perfect summer snack!
