Manish mehrotra is a well-known chef, he launched Indian accent – the result of an intensive nine year long journey. He is brilliant stroke of creativity, creating new and fabulous dishes with various ingredient/product and makes new and innovative dishes.
Global ingredient and techniques with flavor of Indian product dishes like tuna bhel ceviche, strawberry green chilli chutney, meetha achaar chilean spare ribs and warm doda barfi are some of dishses are made by Manish mehrotra.
Manish mehrotra is a most modern chef not only in India but all over the world. He call his cooking style “inventive Indian cuisine”. Chef Manish mehrotra launched Indian accent table because guest can learn more about his show through its ardent story telling.

He has won several award like Foodistan a television cooking game show by NDTV Good Times. Vir sanghvi award ,HT city crystal award, and American express best chef of the year.
He has recently came as guest on Master chef of India in 2015.He also participated in Gourmet summit in Singapore being the only Indian chef to be invited in 2011.Manish mehrotra develop extreme liking in Food Production.
Indian accent has been awarded the ‘S. Pellegrino Best Restaurant in India by Asian best 50 restaurants in 2016. Kitchen Management trainee in Taj group of hotel from where he was started his career.
His recently – opened New york outlet restaurant it also ranking in the rating. And he’s out with book containing his prizes recipe. Chef Manish mehtrotra can’t do without “Amul butter” and New york offers best French and local butter.
Every amul butter has its own flavor that goes with Indian dishes. In a city where food from every nationality has found representation (high end –low end) Mehrotra has keen to introduce flavor from India, in a modern avatar.
