To what extent will the Euro recover?
On balance most traders feel the Euro will weaken now in the future owing to future uncertainty as mentioned by Mario Draghi this week. The Eurozone still has some major challenges ahead in the establishing of a certain economic confidence to provide a platform for future sustained confidence in the single currency.
If the Eurozone look at further Qe then the Euro will weaken even further than it has already done this year because of the extra euros in circulation. On balance it seems that the current spike in the value of the Euro is worth capitalising on if you need to sell Euros.
