French News Rocks The Market

GBPEUR levels have fallen through the floor today following some commentary from the banks across French. This being that they commented that the economic inputs by the banking system across Europe have started to work and that in turn the banks are lending more.  All good signs for the European economy and muted concerns about the future of the EURO’s economy. This in turn has strengthened the euro as money flows in.

This is probably just short lived however gives an opportunity for anyone with euros to sell. We are now towards the best levels we have seen and are at the bottom of the range we expect.

Moving forward eyes are now on the UK and the US.  Both of their respective banks give their latest updates over the next 72 hours.  The UK will probably be a none event but the budget tomorrow could cause movement.  In the US we have their Interest rate decision which in turn will change forecast for the economy and therefore demand for the USDEUR.  Impacting the EUROS value.
