Hurricane sandy, a super-storm, has affected eastern areas of United States very badly when Halloween celebrations are nearing. The storm has destroyed the towns and houses and has taken lives of nearly 40 people. With such intensity, most people are wondering how exactly is hurricane sandy affecting Halloween.

This destruction storm has majorly attacked the coastal area. Most of the eastern coast residents have been affected in one or another way.
