One Last Hurrah at Long Island Game Farm’s Back-to-School Blast
Summer is winding down and so are the August 29 admission prices at the Long Island Game Farm – Wildlife Park & Children’s Zoo’s Back to School Blast. General admission for the park, located at 489 Chapman Blvd. in Manorville, New York, is being reduced to $5 (plus tax) for adults and children.
During the event, the Game Farm is offering free face painting and back-to-school giveaways, including notebooks from Staples for the first 100 guests. The park’s friends at Tanger Outlets in Riverhead are also providing a chance at a $100 shopping spree and coupon books for all attendees. With the mall just over 10 minutes away, it’s a great excuse to stop by both locations during your trip.

The Long Island Game Farm features interactive animal experiences, where guests can get up-close and personal with their favorite animals. New to the Game Farm this year is the Camel Encounter, where guests can hand-feed the camels and learn fun facts from the staff. In addition to camels, guests can hand-feed the LIGF’s resident giraffe, and bottle-feed goats and other baby animals in the nursery.
