Harry Coumnas Designs Flying Broomsticks to Let Kids Play Harry Potter-Inspired Quidditch

“I have always been a huge Quidditch fan and played the sport in college with friends who too were 20-something like me. We played real, organized human Quidditch with rings & dodgeballs. Among the players, there would often be a guy in a dark yellow t-shirt pretending to be the snitch. I guess every generation has some irrational obsessions & Quidditch was ours.  For me, this was perhaps the most exciting and flawless sport ever. But this was only until I watched the wizarding Quidditch in Harry Potter movie with my little son years later. And that’s when I decided to design flying broomsticks to let kids enjoy this amazing sport the Harry Potter way.” told Harry Coumnas to a leading US tabloid on being asked about what inspired him to design flying broomsticks.
