Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus specs and images surfaced
On August 13, renowned smartphone maker Samsung is expected to unveil Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus at an event in New York. The launch of these devices isn’t yet confirmed, but since a long time, several leaks and press renders have been highlighting the existence of both of these devices. The speculations about Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus have become stronger with a new leak on twitter by popular tipster Evan Blass aka @evleaks!
According to the leak, the new Note phablet has been code named as Galaxy Noble, and will be hitting the shelves with Model number SM-N920. The model number suggested by Evan goes completely in-line with an older leak highlighting Model numbers of Galaxy Note 5 variants tipped by its own FAQ page.
He further highlighted specs of this phablet, claiming it to feature an octa-core Exynos 7420 chip, clubbed 4 gigs of RAM. The device is said to feature 32 gigs of inbuilt storage, and will not be expandable via microSD card just like Galaxy S6. Additionally, also added that the Lollipop-based device will feature a 16-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front-facing snapper.
Along with this, the popular tipster also revealed an image of speculated Galaxy S6 Edge and Note 5 phablet. The image doesn’t highlights anything specific about both devices, but shows them to be similar in size.
Few days back, the camera capabilities of most anticipated Galaxy S6 Edge Plus was marked on Indian import and export manifest website, Zauba. The price of the smartphone was tipped, and the camera of Samsung SM-G928V or Galaxy S6 Edge Version model was also highlighted to be featuring a 16-megapixel sensor. Till date, several leaks have been coming up, and the price of Galaxy S6 Edge Plus 32 GB has been speculated to fall somewhere around EUR 799 (roughly Rs. 56,000) in the European market. The upcoming S6 Edge Plus can be described as the bigger avatar of Galaxy S6 Edge or the dual-edge version of the upcoming Note phablet, Galaxy Note 5.
Few weeks back, Samsung also ensured to launch its next high-end device before Apple launches the next iPhone (iPhone 6s) in September 2015. These leaks have already heated up the market, but will soon get confirmed by Samsung.
