Gaddafi, as Saddam, was the State

To set the record straight, Saddam’s brutality was the epitome of the modern socialist democratic nation-state.  Consider that if one tries to overthrow the state, he is executed for treason, or locked up for a life sentence.  In one case the state is run by the elite whom, when their rule is threatened, will kill without remorse and kill until the threat has been eliminated.  Gaddafi and Saddam were the ruling elite.  To challenge them was to challenge the state and all its power structures.  Does anyone think Gaddafi’s state apparatchiks will step aside anymore than the rulers of our police state would for people who wanted to end police state tyranny or end a monetary system based on centralized financial planning and corportate fiat exercised through government.  

In Libya, like in our country, if one kills a cop or two, you can bet the police will be out for blood and will seek to murder a suspect in the course of “law enforcement operations”.  Moreover, police brutality is overlooked when one injures a police officer.  Police are allowed to engage in torture and the court system remains silent.  There is no redress for the torture suffered by agents of the federal government.

In a case of mistaken identity the FBI brutally tortured Kenneth Trentadue.  He had been mistaken for one of the OKC bombers involved with Timothy McVeigh.  In this case Kenneth Trentadue was literally beaten from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet.  His feet were beaten black and blue and were grotesquely swollen and disfigured.  His head and face had numerous gashes and his face was so mangled that he was required to have a closed casket funeral.  In fact, he was beaten so badly that the FBI tried to have his body cremated to prevent his family from seeing the corpse.  It was only due to Kenneth Trentadue’s brother, Jesse Trentadue, being an attorney with connections in the city that prevented the cremation at the last minute.

The coroner ruled the death a homicide and ordered an investigation.  The FBI lied and claimed Kenneth Trentadue beat himself to a bloody disfigured pulp and then hung himself.  When detectives went to investigate the jail cell as a crime scene, the FBI claimed Kenneth Trentadue had AIDs and therefore they were required to immediately sanitize the cell.  However, the blood splatters were so severe that when they inspected the cell using ultraviolet light to identify blood splatters months later and the cell light up like Las Vagas with the ceiling of the cell glowing from blood stains. 

Jesse Trentadue fought for an autopsy and it was discovered that Kenneth had been given massive amounts of caffeine.  Caffiene is used to keep one from losing consciousness and increase sensitivity to pain.  Since he had been in lock-up and was being tortured for two days straight, it would have made it impossible for him to have been ingesting massive amounts of pharmaceutical grade caffeine.

The DOJ investigation was cancelled by no other than Eric Holder, who was rewarded for his dereliction and obstruction regarding the investigation by being named the U.S. Attorney General.  He was also waist deep in the Clinton pardon scandal. 

Jesse Trentadue requested to see the tapes regarding the OKC bombing to see why how they had mistaken his brother for one of the bombers, but the FBI, which had confiscated all the tapes from businesses, claimed that every store, 19 of them, must have changed tapes at the exact moment the explosive-laden U-Hall van drove by the cameras of each respective store.  This was their assertion and the courts accepted it.

Now this was how our government and its national political police treated a confined individual who was locked in a cell.  It is every bit as heinous as what the SS, the NKVD, the Stassi or the SAVAK treated their prisoner. 

Then, the U.S. government likes to tout the line that Saddam was gassing his own people; however, the CIA wrote a report denying this and claiming Iraqi Shiites were killed by an Iranian chemical attack.  This was done to deflect blame so that Saddam could and would continue attacking Iran without the U.N. trying to end the conflict.  And who gave Saddam the chemical weapons?  Right, the United States government.

In Libya Gaddafi made decisions.  In the U.S. a private banking system is allowed to place the entire nation on the hook for trillions of dollars it doles out to its banksters, financial elite, multi-national corporations and foreign central banks.  The government allowed private investment banks to become savings and loans overnight so they could be granted hundreds of billions of dollars.  This is democracy?  It is an keptocracy and oligarchy.  Taxpayers wealth has been stolen and handed over to Wall Street and the government has made us their slaves.

In Libya as in the U.S. if you jaywalk or talk back to a cop, you will be smacked around and arrested and usually charged with, at a minimum, Disorderly Conduct, if you pull away from the illegal arrest they will then charge you with Resisting Arrest.  When they start beating you like a dog and you try to defend yourself you will be charged with Battery on Law Enforcement.  You are then looking at a 3-8 year sentence and a serious hospital stay. Then you are put into a prison system where rape and torture are pandemic.  Should you continue to resist you will be shot.  So, this is our vaunted justice system where police abuse is only dealt with if caught on tape, where false charges and police perjury, malicious prosecution, abuse, rape prisons, and in cases like Kenneth Trentadue, torture and murder are condoned, encouraged and protected. 

Not much different in the US than under Saddam, except that you still have freedom of speech.  This freedom of speech is not something the government gives you, it is something they cannot take away because if they did there would be all-out war and the police would lose.  The government knows this.  So, they will erode more and more liberty always stopping right before the people revolt.  It is up to Americans to not allow creeping socialism and tyranny.  Americans should stand fast against government encroachment.  People worry about innocents, but those who support the U.S. government are not innocents, through their ignorance and apathy they are part of a conspiracy whereby the branches of government and the ruling elite through private tyrannies known as corporation have aligned against the American people.  The government and its supporters have stolen our liberty and have become enemies of the American people.
