The Citizens Commission on Benghazi, a self-selected group of former top military officers, CIA insiders and think-tankers, declared Tuesday in Washington that a seven-month review of the deadly 2012 terrorist attack has determined that it could have been prevented – if the U.S. hadn’t been helping to arm al-Qaeda militias throughout Libya a year earlier.

‘The United States switched sides in the war on terror with what we did in Libya, knowingly facilitating the provision of weapons to known al-Qaeda militias and figures,’ Clare Lopez, a member of the commission and a former CIA officer, told MailOnline.
She blamed the Obama administration for failing to stop half of a $1 billion United Arab Emirates arms shipment from reaching al-Qaeda-linked militants.
‘Remember, these weapons that came into Benghazi were permitted to enter by our armed forces who were blockading the approaches from air and sea,’ Lopez claimed. ‘They were permitted to come in. … [They] knew these weapons were coming in, and that was allowed.
Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in January 23 that it mattered little why the Benghazi diplomatic compound was attacked: ‘What difference, at this point, does it make?’
‘The intelligence community was part of that, the Department of State was part of that, and certainly that means that the top leadership of the United States, our national security leadership, and potentially Congress – if they were briefed on this – also knew about this.’
The weapons were intended for Gaddafi but allowed by the U.S. to flow to his Islamist opposition.
‘The White House and senior Congressional members,’ the group wrote in an interim report released Tuesday, ‘deliberately and knowingly pursued a policy that provided material support to terrorist organizations in order to topple a ruler [Muammar Gaddafi] who had been working closely with the West actively to suppress al-Qaeda.’
‘Some look at it as treason,’ said Wayne Simmons, a former CIA officer who participated in the commission’s research. Retired Rear Admiral Chuck Kubic, another commission member, told reporters Tuesday that those weapons are now ‘all in Syria.’ source – Daily Mail UK

Does not switching sides in the middle of an armed conflict between a nation whether it be Libya or the organization calling itself Al Qaeda by a sitting US president not fall under the definitions of numerous crimes and misdemeanors as well as high treason?
Haven’t you “so called” patriots that fill the ranks of the highest military offices, or at least the ones still left, had enough yet? Or are you going to sit back like so many former officers and wait until “mysteriously” kiddy porn is found on your computer or that affair 20 years ago is suddenly front page news followed quickly by your forced resignation?
I ask you ladies & gentlemen with all due respect and seriousness, when is enough going to be really enough? I know a vast number of civilians believe that we have already reached well past the point to act. So what is holding you up? Is it that you are afraid that you may be dismissed dishonorably after all those years of service or lose that big fat retirement? If so I can tell you that the honor that you perceive that will be bestowed upon you upon your retirement will not be an honor, but rather a sign of weakness.- To accept by a country and a president that have no honor left could hardly be called honorable. And that big fat retirement will be the first thing that goes up in smoke when the SHTF. The president not only doesn’t like the military, he loathes it. So your butts will be the first to get chopped. If you want honor, dignity and the recognition of believing in that oath you took so many years ago then get off your butts and start doing something before you get one of the hundreds of pink slips that have already been issued.
Do you remember reading about how the Americans would bomb an island in the Pacific to establish a base and make a runway for the Allied planes? Well, every one of those pink slips sent out to your brothers in uniform are but another bomb dropped to clear the island.

The happiest day of my life will be the day I wake up to read news that at 3 AM that very same day U.S. Marines entered the White House under orders of our 3 top Coronels and arrested Barak, Michelle, Joe Blow Biden, and many others there, this was followed by a search with order of arrest for Erik Holder, Hilary Clinton and many others in this administration.
A temporary Constitutional Government was being set up to include temporary President/VP and others until new election day was being drafted.

This is more disinformation. Benghazi was an illegal CIA weapons running operation (Brennan) that was wrapping up. Chem weapons were transported to Turkey (hence the meeting with the Turkish amb and Stevens.) Stevens was silenced. The Turkish used the chem weapons in Syria (just recently busted) as a false flag excuse to invade Syria and of course they’re trying for a fourth time!! Watch for an invasion in Syria and attack on Iran as soon as the Russians are blocked in the Ukraine/Black Sea from coming to Syria’s rescue.
