John and I disagree as to whether or not the United States will be the “allies” or the “axis.” Perhaps the victor will get to decide this difference of perception and opinion.

I posit the possibility that China could wait for the US to burn itself out. John feels that time is not on China’s side because they are facing a major internal rebellion.

I blindside John with an economic concept called “integration” (globalized integration and interdependencies) which may be unique to our time.
