EPA Raid On Alaska’s Gold Mines Triggers Federal Probe

U.S. senators are demanding answers from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) after media reports said agency officials took part last month in an armed attack to gold mines near the remote town of Chicken, Alaska.

According to The Alaska Dispatch, federal authorities have also requested EPA to explain why it sent armed officers to conduct a water pollution-related inspection.

“Agents with body armour showing up at a gold mine to enforce the Clean Water Act is an invitation to disaster. A confrontation between unannounced armed agents and armed miners could end in a hail of gunfire,” writes blogger Chris Bennet.

The agency has not denied its law enforcement officers wore body armours and carried firearms, as it says the agents are always required to do to perform their duties. However, EPA told The Alaska Dispatch it was never a “raid.”

“Environmental law enforcement, like other forms of law enforcement, always involves the potential for physical, even armed, confrontation,” said the EPA in a statement e-mailed to Fox News.

However, EPA told The Alaska Dispatch it was never a “raid.” If true then:
      1. Why the full body armor instead of a standard vest?
      2. Why the Big Guns instead of a standard side arms?
      3. Why that tank you call an urban assault vehicle instead of a standard squad car?
      4. Why all those men instead of the standard two?

(AND NOW, most of all, most damming and most telling about the people in charge of the EPA)

      5. WHY DID YOU LIE in your first report and state that a local LEO hade said that this was a bad aria and there were a lot of armed drug runners in this aria, when the LEO in question said that he never told you anything that could have even have been misconstrued that way. Here’s how that went down:

      a. When members of the Alaska Congressional delegation asked why the EPA equipped the task force with armor and weapons, the agency claimed that the Alaska State Troopers advised them on “rampant drug and human trafficking going on in the area.”

      b. The state police agency publicly refuted this claim.

      c. “The Alaska State Troopers did not advise the EPA that there was dangerous drug activity,” Trooper spokesperson Megan Peters said. “We do not have evidence to suggest that is occurring.”

      d. The Alaska Department of Law also said it did not advise the EPA on any current dangers in the area.

      e. Even the U.S. Senator for Alaska, Lisa Murkowski, questioned the EPA’s claims.

      f. “Their explanation, that there are concerns within the area of rampant drug trafficking and human trafficking going on, sound wholly concocted to me,” Murkowski said. “This seems to have been a heavy-handed, and heavy-armor approach. Why was it so confrontational?”

It’s simple really, It’s because you are all a bunch of criminal thugs working for your Mob Boss and his crime syndicate. That statement was not mint as a angry slap, I mean it. I accuse you of criminal activity, general wrong doing, breach of trust, misuse of your office and powers. And to anyone who has the power to bring these people to a court of law and has knowledge of this issue or has been informed of the actions of the EPA but does not take action is complicit in this crime agents the people and should as well be held to account as well for neglect of their duties of public office.
Where fed up with you (the Fed.) and your lies. We no longer trust you and I believe you to be the greatest threat to this nation and our way of life in our history. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. We see you and there is nowhere for you to hide anymore as we no longer will believe your lies. Nor will we take your word for anything without close scrutiny any longer. Fact is, we want you abolished and a reset button hit. You are sick, broken and deranged. You no longer serve the people. You have forgotten your place in our country. You should be replaced with honest God fearing Americans that are loyal to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and that do not look upon them as a roadblock to their agenda. Because if that’s how you see the constitution then your agenda is not an American agenda and you do not belong in any public office at all.

WCS’s comments were interesting. He was very eloquent and expressive. However, his obvious misspelling of several words, such as “aria” for “area” and use of a homonym for “meant” was curious. I suspect there is an interesting story behind who WCS is.

Nevertheless, his point is spot on. The government has muscle, lots of muscle, and it likes to flex it.

Sadly, I suspect this type of behavior by the government and its far flung minions will become increasingly routine.

I think the US government is lying again.

The EPA allows BP to destroy the Gulf of Mexico and make a huge profit doing it and closes down gold miners for having soiled clothes.
