IMPACT Silver Resumes Ownership of the Veta Grande Silver Project in Zacatecas, Mexico

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – Dec. 24, 2013) - IMPACT Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IPT) (“IMPACT” or the “Company”) announces today that it has resumed control of the Veta Grande Silver Project assets, which consist of the 200-tonne-per-day Santa Gabriela processing plant and mineral concessions in the Zacatecas Silver District in central Mexico. Defiance has advised IMPACT that it would be returning the Zacatecas assets, which were optioned to Defiance in 2011.
