In yet another early morning tweetstorm of ‘fire and fury’, President Trump has blasted the “fake news media” saying “no matter what I do or say, they will not write or speak the truth.”
“A great day in Puerto Rico yesterday. While some of the news coverage is Fake, most showed great warmth and friendship.”
“Wow, so many Fake News stories today. No matter what I do or say, they will not write or speak truth. The Fake News Media is out of control!”
So what “fake news” is Trump referring to, you ask? While one can never be sure, there are simply too many options, we presume his tweets have something to do with reporting on the following clip in which Trump joked that Puerto Rico’s crisis is “throwing our budget a little out of whack” before going on to compare the damage from Hurricane Maria to “a real catastrophe like Katrina.”
