Phosgene Alert to All Medical Personnel, Mystery of Mass Respiratory, Cardiac and Internal Bleeding Epidemics Solved

My name is Colleen Thomas, I’m a medical professional who normally works in health care administration. I began reporting publically last November that we were under attack by our own CIA and Homeland Security Departments as well as our own military who work in collusion with chemical agencies. We have just learned that many hospitals are owned by people with key holdings in pharmaceutical companies including Doctors, a clear conflict of interest and now an ethics nightmare as you are a about to hear.

When war is being waged you’d think it would be front line news everywhere news is reported within the country under attack but yet no horns were blown for you where you could hear it before now, a full 3 months since the war “Operation Black swan” began on American soil and spread to include many other nations around the world. Thankfully I have reached the attention of CW Wright, expert Emergency Management Director for the Republic of California and I believe the State of CA as well. Because of who CW is and what is he responsible for you can rest assured that all your colleagues are getting this information and that the civilian population will be safe and well in no time. While the news is bad the cures are simple, so too are the tests, cheap and quick, easy to employ and move on with solving the matters at hand.

The bad news first: We are under attack by the UN which of course is mainly the US, Canada, Europe and Australia as far as who contributes the most military personnel to UN operations.  Currently people, animals and vegetation are dying at horrific rates in many regions around the world. Farm belt regions have issues with Round Up being sprayed while farmers sleep at night, cattle regions have issues with laser weapons and gas compounds. Sub lethal attacks on cattle leave bleached spots on the herds the next day.  Gases that make the weather colder mix with lasers to form hydrogen peroxide, that is what causes the bleaching effects on fur and mussels noted all over the planet of late. 

It is my personal suspicion that idiots with laser sighting weapons and toys have discovered they can bleach fur and cause cows to lick their lips (salt is another by product of the gas conversion the lasers cause) and other such reports are just juvenile pranks. The real issue for areas with spotted herds is the gas that is being used to control the weather and squeeze more out of storms, it is lethal to humans and animals. Herd deaths are on the rise as young ones fight for breath upon birth. Where small animals die and fall ill people are surely at great risk and indeed the numbers bare that correlation out. One need only Google “mass animal deaths” and “mass cases of respiratory” pick your other key words so you can see how ramped the problem is for yourself. In the Kingman AZ area the morgues and hospitals are overwhelmed with respiratory, phosgene related patients, they are not alone. 

The most impactful attacks on the human and animal kingdom is phosgene gas and Round Up spraying. Phosgene and Round Up each cause the breakdown of mucus membranes all the way down the tissue bed deep enough to dissolve underlying pathways that lead to the bleeding of  local capillaries in the lungs and digestive tracts. Cytoplasm leakage from dissolving cell walls fills lungs with fluid that can then trap bacterial or viral contaminants. Upon contact with moisture phosgene converts to chlorine which burns the throat walls and bronchioles while breaking down the phospholipid bilayer containing cellular contents that began the process in the first place.

Phosgene is in fact coumadin by another name. As a gas it smells a lot like clover, grass, hey or corn. Phosgene can look clear, white or even yellow depending on the concentration and other compounds available to react with. People reporting pink chem spraying have confirmed arsenic in those areas. Barium, aluminum, fluoride and other waste products are also released into the air, this has been going on since the mid eighties when the Star Wars program got funding. As you know barium is a radioactive substance used in digestive imaging. When you breath barium every day for years the thyroid gland will begin to hypofunction and lethargy will set in.  Tired people eating an American diet full of high calorie foods understandably acquires obesity and then diabetes, high blood pressure and so on. The medical community blames the people for being lazy when in fact they are being murdered slowly by their own government through the military, FDA, CDC and USDA. If you knew the half of what has been done you’d wretch, I will keep to what we can change rather than dwell on what we missed right before our very eyes.

Last week In Kingman AZ an MD lied to an elderly patient whom he wanted to have nasal swabbed with an unidentified substance. The elderly patient tried to get a straight answer out of the MD about what the substance was but could not; though he did point blank deny that the swab was any kind of vaccine when her daughter launched that challenge at him to answer. The nurse who came into the room with the swab was found to be willing to tell the patient that indeed the swab was a flu vaccine agent and that lying to patients had become routine there in that hospital. Anyone who is aware of unethical practices and known conflicts of interests needs to be reported to the managing Licensing Board of that medical professional’s discipline, period.

I regret to report also that people who work for the hospitals who refuse to have their loved ones or themselves injected with vaccines are threatened that Child Protective Services will take their children away. Many are taking these known toxic injections that do indeed cause autism in certain children with a specific kind of genetic signature, they also have mercury in them. As you may recall mercury causes insanity eventually but along the way it causes teeth to loosen, die and fall out, that is because the tiny neurons that let the person know when they are harming their teeth die off as they are poisoned. An infant that receives a vaccine at birth takes in more mercury than a 250 pound man has been found large enough to withstand by the CDC, the babies are given more than one shot however.

The lowered IQs of children are due to a continuous mercury poisoning through dietary products such as mercury laced high fructose corn syrup and all enriched grain products like breakfast cereals, breads, pasta and the like. Heavy metal of all manner and kind are known to be present in grain products as are known toxins and unknown biological; worm-like microscopic creatures with vicious looking teeth that have not been identifiable are in the food and air supply as well.

IDENTIFICATION AND TREATMENT OF PHOSGENE AND ROUND UP AFFECTED POPULATIONS

Patients presenting with a hacking cough, SOB, hypoxia, n/v, dizziness, confusion, difficulty sleeping lying down and so on need to be worked up for exposure to chemical agents. Since both phosgene and Round Up cause failures in the integrity of the blood carrying and oxygen exchange areas of the body do the following if O2 sats are found less then acceptable and coughing is reported or noted:

1) Finger stick PT/INR. An elongated protime is positive for phosgene-coumadin exposure.

Treat via normal toilet should clotting factors not be functioning within acceptable limits.

2) Test blood fully, consider type and cross match for blood transfusion as well. Many people live in methane affected regions and don’t appear anemic when presenting with neurological complaints related to neuronal brain death from continuous methane poisoning. Be prepared to find anything, make yourself aware of what is going on in your region. Some regions have high incidences of blood clotting, that is a condition common to those who live near the jet stream’s regular hang outs in higher altitudes.

Be prepared to transfuse patients presenting with a hacking cough and fluid in the lungs should blood testing confirm the suspected deficiency.

3) Lower room temperatures where ever these patients are being triaged and advise them not to eat anything with concentrated sweets or simple carbs until it is known what is causing their cough.

4) Quiac anyone with a long standing hacking cough, complaints of SOB when supine and/or general lethargy and malaise. Farm belt regions are especially vulnerable to internal bleeding from Round Up which contains polyacetyloxelate, a strong acid for rapid leaf browning that is swallowed as people breath gases in during the cool am hours, just when farmers are most busy outside. I spoke with a farmer from MN who had been transfused twice in 3 months for unexplained internal bleeding, please be alert to the high risks involved in missing the chance to test someone for acid and platelet damage when treating severely anemic people with blood infusions. Sending people home after giving them blood to again breath more of what is causing their anemia without treating them for the cause nor teaching them how to survive has to stop right here today.

TREATMENT

I am happy to say that treatment is amazingly simple and cheap. The strong acids that form as these toxins enter our bodies can be easily balanced with baking soda pills and Epsom salt baths. I tsp of baking soda 2 to 3 times in a day has been proven to net rapid results at a major hospital in Kingman AZ. A hot salt bath for an hour and a day’s dosing of baking soda will cure the acid base balance and halt cellular death in its tracks.

For the cough a person can ingest a bit of hot red pepper powder in coffee or tea. I’m not sure how you will handle this in the hospital except to teach it to patients before sending them home. I would suspect that resolving the acid base balance by drinking baking soda will resolve a lot of ongoing throat irritation, just know the insulting agents are chlorine and acid and act accordingly.

Support your patients as you would normally until they saturate at least 96% O2 content on room air. Most people can be managed at home unless they have secondary infections. Patients who call their local MD before going into a hospital can be pricked for a PT/INR exam and quaic tested per digital exam upon MD visit to verify or eliminate phosgene exposure. Patient’s negative for phosgene can be treated traditionally, those who test positive can be managed very conservatively at home unless they are too hypoxic for that.

I want you all to know that there is no mystery as to who has ordered this attack and why and that we are very near resolving this matter. Because this war was kept out of the media for the most part (missile launches were reported but lied about) many lives have been lost without us ever knowing why we and our neighbors are falling ill and even dying. Our food, water and air supply have all been co-opted by corporations that have bribed US officials into passing laws that force Americans to use their products or face loss of income, retirement, healthcare, freedom, children and even their lives should they cause too much trouble for the secret depopulation war effort.

The story that phosgene was being used in the US broke in early January when Senator John Wheeler the III was murdered after making threats to expose DuPont and our military for their illegal chemical warfare operations. The reporter that looked into what Wheeler was up to right before being found murdered also was also murdered and so too was yet another reporter a couple weeks later.

As soon as the Wheeler case broke I knew that was my lucky break. My friend’s mother had been ill since spraying began there in Kingman AZ last Aug. We knew the symptoms we were faced with were not of any ordinary cold but we did not know what was being sprayed so had no idea how to help make her well again. The mention of phosgene gave me a likely culprit to investigate and everything matched up. The journals of Industrial Medicine and military resources were available online and taken together were helpful (lots of out dated material on treatment protocols, none are good).

The black birds and drum fish that died in Arkansas last month had dissolved organs and thin blood filling their body cavities upon autopsy, both consistent with heavy phosgene exposure. Tissue damage ensues upon phosgene contact with moist tissues so be extra hesitant to scope anyone down the throat, lungs or upper digestive tracts if you have confirmed phosgene already. Expect weak mucosal walls and latent bleeding after discharge, be sure follow up checks for anemia are made a priority for a week or two after exposure.

We are in new territory so please use me as a way to re-initiate this channel as a means of discriminating information from hard won victories over mysterious epidemic cases of odd things. The biological critters in chem sprays that burrow into the skin causing Morgellen’s symptoms also burrow into the gums around our teeth, hydrogen peroxide is effective at killing them. People use wine to gram stain their swish and spit AFTER they have brushed and flossed already, the end sample is full of large microscopic organisms the likes of which this biology major has never seen before. It is clear that more than food has been genetically modified. Many Morgellen’s cases have inorganic materials spreading like a bacteria into colonies of yarn, string, plastics, micro chips and critters of many grotesque kinds.

Take any food sample that has been enriched with nutrients and dissolve it in water or float it on water and use a magnet to demonstrate that there are heavy metals in our food. You can lead cereal around a bowl or you  can insert the magnet into a bowl of dissolved food product then blow dry it. Once dry scrape your magnet with a dry tissue onto a piece of writing paper. Once your metal is on the paper you can use the magnet to lead the shavings around the page with. We are eating industrial waste products for reasons of greed so heinous babies are fed heavy metals and toxins their entire lives from their first hour of life onward. Toxins that attack our endocrine systems, neurological systems, biochemical homeostasis, cellular respiration and tissue integrity are  in our food, air and water, it is even in medications. Antibiotics have mercury as well.

What follows are additional remedies and anecdotal recommendations from those experienced with phosgene exposure and treatment:

Activators:

if you have inhaled Phosgene gas two things to stay away from immediately.  The first is heat.  Any room or environment at 70 degrees or above will activate the gas.  Two, chlorine.  Any chlorine substance will also activate the Phosgene gas.  Watch your cleansing agents and I highly recommend taking them all out of the house and storing them in the garage. 

Home Remedies:

1. Stop that cough.  There are two types of coughs with this poison.  One will be under attack as it is activated and the person is trying to breath.  It is important to stop this cough because it can cause heart attacks, lung tissue damage, high blood pressures, major head aches and lack of oxygen. 

The best thing for this cough is coffee and hot chili powder or hot sauce.  It will sooth the cough instantly and allow the person to breath and calm down.  Keep a cup by the side of the person at all times until the coughing has lifted.  Coffee helps the bronchus tubes and relaxes them as well.

If the person is dealing with high blood pressure after drinking coffee for the first hour, switch to tea or tomato juice.  Just make sure you have fresh cayenne pepper or some type of hot spicy flavoring in the drink.

2. Second type of cough is to get the yellow sticky poison out of the system. 

This will be a must but do not let them get away with coughing too much.  They can pull a muscle and really strain their body.  A little bit at a time is good. Keep an eye on how much they are coughing up and what color the discharge is.  Yellow is the poison and it will start to turn white. 

Now that you have gotten the person to calm down with the coughing and they can breath comfortably, now is the time to give them a good shower.  Scrub them down from head to toe to make sure you get off all residual Phosgene.  Wash thoroughly with lots of soap and water.  It is also a good idea to run some cool warm water of the face as well.  Make sure the water is not too hot or you will activate the Phosgene again.  The 70 degrees is too much so all things water, air, environment must stay below this mile marker or else you will start the process all over again.

3.  In order to get rid of the Phosgene from the system take:

a. sodium bicarbonate pills, 4, and put 2 in a big glass of water for the person to drink. (baking soda)

b.  Magnesium take 3 every 4 hours.  Helps to alkaline the body.

c.  Vitamin D3, take 10 1,000 IU. 

d.  Vitamin B complex with a C added.

e.  Kelp, chorrela, or blue green algae; alkaline.

f.  Vitamin E, detoxes.

g.  Apple Cider Vinegar, detoxes

4.  Menu

No sugar if you can help it.  Sugar will feed the Phosgene.  No potatoes, carrots, beats, rice, bread, and sugar products.  Have a diet rich in raw greed foods like spinach salads, oatmeal, and broccoli. 

Please eat a lot of apple stuff due to it absorbing the Phosgene.  Apple juices is great.

5.  Soak

A daily bath in coffee, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, and sea salt is great to pull this stuff out of the body so you do not have to cough it up.  After about a 30 minute bath you will need to shower off and make sure you got all the poison off your skin.  This is really important since you will break out in a red rash that itches a lot, if you don’t.

6.  Rub Down

Peppermint oil is a great thing to put on the back and chest to calm the respiratory.  If you still had poisons in this area it will be pulled out through the pores and you will end up with sticky stuff on you.  if this occurs, take a shower immediately and get the poison off of you and then re-rub down with the peppermint oil.  It is better to pull the poison out through the skin then to keep coughing. 

7.  Oxygen

If the person has a rating of 89 or below with the oxygen meter or lacks oxygen you can order an oxygen tank to help increase the flow of oxygen.  It is not that expensive and a great way to have a safety net if you are concerned with the lack of breathing air capacity.

8. Protection

If you have to go outside it is a good idea to put a water soluble ointment in your nose.  Rub some KY jelly, neosporum or vasiline in your nose if you have to go out for long periods of time.  Also, create a nose spray of purified water and two drops of oregano oil in the bottle and spray with outside or coming in.  If your nose is burnng, then you know you have an infection of some type.  This solution will not burn if you do not have an infection.  It will help to loosen up a congested nose and keep the nostrils free of synthetic viruses and more. 

9.  Test

The only way you will know if you have ingested Phosgene is your eyes will burn, nose gets attacked first and can’t breath through your nose, then the bronchus tubes get inflamed and actually will shut down and then the lungs get hit and fill with a liquid which will give the impression of pneumonia. 

The person will have anemia, high blood pressure, spasms in the chest area, and difficult breathing. 

Phosgene is an acid, therefore will not be able to pick up on test.  You can have a prick test done that will show your clot time has decreased.  That is the only way to test for phosgene and why it is so difficult to be noticed by the medical industry. 

10.  Detox

Focus on eating detox foods.  High green dark in color will help to put more oxygen into the blood stream.  Rubbing the body down with Vitamin E oil helps to detox and keep the skin hydrated.  There are lots of home remedies to do that can detox the body inexpensively.  Remember, the Poison Control Reports not one single person has died from supplements, herbs, or vitamins. 

When battling Phosgene exposure it is bet to try your home remedies first since you do not want to put more chemicals on top of the chemicals.  If you do all the above your patient should be back to normal in about 4 days time.  The first 48 hours you will not know you have been exposed but then the massive coughing attacks will be brought on quickly. 

11.  Hospital Care

if you patient is dizzy, disoriented and vomiting go to the hospital and report possible Phosgene poisoning.  Do not mess around with this stuff.  It will kill if you get enough of it.  In addition, if your patient is lacking and unable to breath; go to the hospital and report possible phosgene poisoning.

Phosgene is a planar molecule as predicted by VSEPR theory. The C=O distance is 1.18 Å, the C—Cl distance is 1.74 Å and the Cl—C—Cl angle is 111.8°.[3] It is one of the simplest acid chlorides, being formally derived from carbonic acid.

Industrially, phosgene is produced by passing purified carbon monoxide and chlorine gas through a bed of porous activated carbon, which serves as a catalyst:[2]

CO + Cl2 → COCl2 (ΔHrxn = −107.6kJ/mol)

The reaction is exothermic, therefore the reactor must be cooled. Typically, the reaction is conducted between 50 and 150 °C. Above 200 °C, phosgene reverts to carbon monoxide and chlorine, Keq (300K) = 0.05. Approximately 5000 tonnes were produced in 1989.

Because of safety issues, phosgene is almost always produced and consumed within the same plant and extraordinary measures are made to contain this toxic gas. It is listed on schedule 3 of the Chemical Weapons Convention: All production sites manufacturing more than 30 tonnes per year must be declared to the OPCW.[4] Although less dangerous than many other chemical weapons, such as sarin, phosgene is still regarded as a viable chemical warfare agent because it is so easy to manufacture when compared to the production requirements of more technically advanced chemical weapons such as the first-generation nerve agent tabun.

Upon ultraviolet radiation in the presence of oxygen, chloroform slowly converts into phosgene via a radical reaction. To suppress this photodegradation, chloroform is often stored in brown-tinted glass containers. Chlorinated compounds used to remove oils from metals, such as brake cleaner, are converted to phosgene by the UV rays of arc welding processes.

Phosgene may also be produced during testing for leaks of older-style refrigerant gasses. Chloromethanes (R12, R22 and others) were formerly leak-tested in situ by employing a small gas torch (propane, butane or propylene gas) with a sniffer tube and a copper reaction plate in the flame nozzle of the torch. If any refrigerant gas was leaking from a pipe or joint, the gas would be sucked into the flame via the sniffer tube and would cause a colour change of the gas flame to a bright greenish blue. In the process, phosgene gas would be created due to the thermal reaction. No valid statistics are available, but anecdotal reports suggest that numerous refrigeration technicians suffered the effects of phosgene poisoning due to their ignorance of the toxicity of phosgene, produced during such leak testing. Electronic sensing of refrigerant gasses phased out the use of flame testing for leaks in the 1980s.

The great majority of phosgene is used in the production of isocyanates, the most important being toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). These isocyanates are precursors to polyurethanes. Significant amounts are also used in the production of polycarbonates via its reaction with bisphenol A.[2] Polycarbonates are an important class of engineering thermoplastic found, for example, in lenses in eye glasses.

Although phosgene still finds use in organic synthesis, a variety of substitutes have been developed, notably trichloromethyl chloroformate (“diphosgene”), which is a liquid at room temperature, and bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate (“triphosgene”), a crystalline substance.[5] The following are the three most useful reactions involving phosgene.

Diols react with phosgene to give either linear or cyclic carbonates (R = H, alkyl, aryl):

The synthesis of isocyanates from amines illustrates the electrophilic character of this reagent and its use in introducing the equivalent of “CO2+” (R = alkyl, aryl): [6]

Such reactions are conducted in the presence of a base such as pyridine that absorbs the hydrogen chloride.

It is also used to produce acid chlorides and carbon dioxide from carboxylic acids:

RCO2H + COCl2 → RC(O)Cl + HCl + CO2

Such acid chlorides react with amines and alcohols to give, respectively, amides and esters, which are commonly used intermediates. Thionyl chloride is more commonly and more safely employed for this application. A specific application for phosgene is the production of chloroformic esters:

ROH + COCl2 → ROC(O)Cl + HCl

Although it is somewhat hydrophobic, phosgene reacts with water to release hydrogen chloride and carbon dioxide:

COCl2 + H2O → CO2 + 2 HCl

Analogously, with ammonia, one obtains urea:

COCl2 + 4 NH3 → CO(NH2)2 + 2 NH4Cl

Halide exchange with nitrogen trifluoride and aluminium tribromide gives COF2 and COBr2, respectively.[2]

Phosgene was synthesized by the chemist John Davy (1790–1868) in 1812 by exposing a mixture of carbon monoxide and chlorine to sunlight. He named it in reference to use of light to promote the reaction; from Greek, phos (light) and gene (born).[7] It gradually became important in the chemical industry as the 19th century progressed, particularly in dye manufacturing.

Following the extensive use of phosgene gas in combat during World War I, it was stockpiled by various countries as part of their secret chemical weapons programs.[8][9][10]

Phosgene was then only frequently used by the Imperial Japanese Army against the Chinese during the Second Sino-Japanese War.[11] Gas weapons, such as phosgene, were produced by Unit 731 and authorized by specific orders given by Hirohito (Emperor Showa) himself, transmitted by the chief of staff of the army. For example, the Emperor authorized the use of toxic gas on 375 separate occasions during the battle of Wuhan from August to October 1938.[12]

Phosgene is an insidious poison as the odor may not be noticed and symptoms may be slow to appear.[13] Phosgene can be detected at 0.4 ppm, which is four times the Threshold Limit Value. Its high toxicity arises by the action of the phosgene on the proteins in the pulmonary alveoli, which are the site of gas exchange: Their damage disrupts the blood-air barrier, causing suffocation. It reacts with the amines of the proteins, causing crosslinking via formation of urea-like linkages, in accord with the reactions discussed above. Phosgene detection badges are worn by those at risk of exposure.[2]

Sodium bicarbonate may be used to neutralise liquid spills of phosgene. Gaseous spills may be mitigated with ammonia.[14]
