People confuse over-eating with bulking up!
People who workout mostly confuse over eating with bulking up. It’s a known fact. Also, many bodybuilders have said that eating is an important part in bulking up. People usually take this for granted and just ‘eat.’ Believing that it gives them muscle. What they said never implies that you can eat anything you want. There are certain amount of protein and nutrition involved in it. If you workout with intensity and like to bulk up, you need to eat, and eat protein enriched food and supplements in the required quantities. Otherwise you’ll be 30% muscle and 70% fat. To others you might look like something good, but inside, you’ll just be a piece of fat.
