Picture Of Diane Fleming - Husband Died From Aspartame

Here is a new picture of Diane Fleming. She is now really in front of some buildings and a gold car. It’s obviously a pull down picture as background. She has remained in prison for 10 years, an innocent woman who took three lie detector tests and passed, and even on TV the police wouldn’t testify against her, they know she is innocent. She was indicted by a grand jury, the police wouldn’t. She has lost her freedom, her health, her family, her home and everything dear. While in prison she lost both her mother and father. What did she do before her husband died. She helped the homeless and was a Sunday School teacher, a caring loving woman who felt so blessed she wanted to help others. There is another case very much like it in New York, and the spouse was indicted. His wife didn’t know aspartame makes you fat and when she continued to gain weight she decided to use all aspartame products and, of course, she died – methanol poisoning, same thing.

Diane has a brilliant and compassionate pro bono attorney, Paul Bohnet. The case is on his web site and he has petitioned the Virginia Governor to free her. Things unfortunately take too much time. It was requested by an equally compassionate Virginia physician concerned with what aspartame is doing to the human population. Remember, Dr. Maria Alemany who did the famous Trocho Study that showed the formaldehyde converted from the free methyl alcohol embalms living tissue, said aspartame would murder 200 million people.

Diane occasionally gets mail forwarded from an old address at the prison before they changed her number. She is now in an honor area. They obviously know she is no criminal but just an innocent woman, another aspartame horror story. Diane has asked for those who have her story on web to make sure her address is changed to the current one as she may miss out on mail.

Also, please everyone if you have a minute do write her. You can’t imagine the kind of life she lives and she looks forward to hearing from people. Also, if you have a few dollars she can really use it because she has to pay for her own clothes and even her doctor bills. It’s even harder now because they have started taking out 10% and say they will give it back when the person leaves the prison. She has to have money for paper and stamps. You can’t send stamps, however. You can only write 5 pages on one 44 cent stamp. They have so many rules. She can only get money by Cashier’s check or money order with her number on it.

A toxicologist report and affidavits from physicians have admitted the real cause of death of her husband, yet she remains behind bars. i was incarcerated with diane in riverside regionl jail in hopewell va. she was a very nice person. when i was extadited to michigan we kept in touch. ive been out since 2003 and i feel bad that i havent kept in touch. i will surely write her and hope she remembers me. we used to play scrabble together everyday!! after being around her everyday and after seeing her story on oxygen, i always knew she was innocent.
