What Kind Of Bee's Make Milk?

In the wake of all the breastfeeding hub bub I thought I would share with you how this breastfeeding mama makes the bestest of milk for the strong baby she’s growing.

Awhile back I mentioned that the “Green Monkey” was my newest addiction in the smoothie world.  I still am in love with it, but have taken it to another level to keep up with producing milk as well as my workouts.

Warning: This requires dirtying up 2, yes 2 pieces of equipment. However, one thing that helps me is to juice and store.  That way I can just wake up, blend and go.
 

First, I juice a combo of whatever I have on hand.  This morning was celery, apples, lime, orange, spinach and some leafy green cabbage.

Then, I put my frozen bananas in the blender and top with the juice.
 

Last, and this is the biggest difference, I add in some vegan protein powder.  This is some new stuff that I have been trying and I really like it. It has protein from 5 different sources, Yellow Pea, Sprouted brown rice, Hemp, Cranberry and Chia.  I choose this particular blend because it also incorporates sea veggies, flax and extra enzymes.
