Diabetes Can Be Prevented With Diligent Foot
Those who were less physically active have a higher risk of developing diabetes compared with people who are more often on foot. It is advisable to walk 10,000 steps each day.
According to research published in the journal Diabetes Care, noted that physical activity is essential for preventing diabetes. In fact, light activity such as walking can be a good investment for health.
Several studies have linked it between regular walking with a lower risk of diabetes, but so far have not mentioned how many steps must be performed.
Amanda Fretts, one of the lead researchers from the University of Washington, do some research by asking 1,800 people use pedometers at their waist for a week to see precisely how many steps they walk each day.
