Magnesium Chloride

Magnesium chloride is the medical miracle from the sea that made me famous in the world of medicine. It is popularly known as magnesium oil (when the magnesium content of seawater is concentrated to about 35 percent in solution), which can be thus applied topically to the skin for almost instant therapeutic effect on pain, inflammation and a wide range of other physiological functions like ATP production and oxygen-carrying capacity.

During these past few years that I have been building my Natural Allopathic Medicine protocol magnesium chloride has always retained the heavyweight crown for the most important medicine in the world and that is partly because it can be administered via injection (for emergency room cases), intravenously for situations in general in hospital settings, transdermally as in using magnesium oil to do magnesium massages, and in baths for powerful therapeutic effect.

Magnesium chloride can also be taken orally in liquid form mixed with juice or water and it can be taken in pill form as well. It makes for a quick medicine for constipation when used this way and is a good complement to transdermal application. It can be nebulized directly into the lungs or greatly diluted and used as an eyewash. Used full strength as a gargle, it strengthens gums and teeth. For these types of applications only the purest forms of magnesium oil should be used.

Lately, as I discover more about baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and how it increases cell voltage, pH, oxygen levels and CO2, it has been threatening magnesium’s undisputed number-one spot because of its powerful effect on these basic physiological parameters that make our bodies tick. But no, even a super powerful emergency room medicine like sodium bicarbonate, that also saves lives in a heartbeat, remains behind magnesium chloride because there are hundreds of enzymes and biological processes that depend on optimum magnesium levels.

Alas there is a place higher and that takes us to a natural combination (found in seawater) and that is magnesium bicarbonate. He did not like it particularly when I started calling his water a medicine but the truth is, it is! Then all you need to do is add the highest quality magnesium chloride product to taste in the water and some big pinches of sodium bicarbonate. It is not quite the same but quite similar.

Driving one’s life without magnesium is like driving one’s car up a mountain road without oil—but that is exactly what most people are doing—and believe you me, they are literally losing sleep because of it. Magnesium deficiency is carcinogenic, and in the case of solid tumors, a high level of supplemented magnesium inhibits carcinogenesis. Magnesium ions stabilize structures of proteins, nucleic acids, and cell membranes by binding to the macromolecule’s surface and promote specific structural or catalytic activities of proteins, enzymes, or ribozymes.

Perfect Medicines

The most perfect medicines in the world are the ones you have to have—no matter what—to continue your life. There are certain substances, all nutritional in nature, which provide essential lifelines to happy and fully functional cells. Though contemporary medicine does not want to admit the truth and reality about diseases and their causes, it is clear that nutritional law holds the key to the resolution of disease—not pharmaceuticals that are toxic and damaging to cellular environments.

Anything that drives down magnesium levels is going to hurt us.
