BE CAREFUL here. Distilled water is essentially life less but not dead. So because it wants to live it will take from you that which it needs to be alive. Your vitamins and your minerals are what it needs so it acts as a sponge collecting these things which are then passed thru the urinary system. This leaves you with less than you had prior to drinking the distilled water.
