The Best Way to Lose Weight

I have dealt with weight issues and my experience what I’m about to share with you will help you to lose weight extremely fast while you consume vital nutrients at the same time. It’s better than a fast because you are putting much needed nutrients in your body not only will help prevent hunger but will hydrate you at the same time.

Your body needs to break down the extra fat, and when you are constantly eating this keeps the fat on the body and adds more to it. So you need to give your body a break and go on a juice fast for about a week so you can lose weight and help kick your food cravings and other unhealthy cravings in the process.

This juice clense has worked for me many times, here’s what I do.

I get a blender, a “almond milk bag” (which is basically a mesh that takes out all the fiberous material) and a bag of my favorite fruit or vegitable (get whatever you can handle, i like to mix some fruit in vegitable juice to sweeten). You can juice anything you want, but make sure you get vegitables in your diet plan.

The reason why we are hungry all the time is we are not getting the essential nutrients in our body like vegitables and fruit, so after a day or two of juicing you will notice you are not constantly hungry anymore. Also, you will kick the addiction to processed sugar after 2-3 days and will stop craving the bad foods.

Here’s my juicing plan that works:

1) In the morning cut up some watermelon (or apples + carrots when watermelon is not in season) and put them in a blender, fill it as much as you can, then take a large knife and stab the watermelon slices so water builds up at the bottom (or crush the peices down so theres enough pieces to catch on the blade). Then start blending (if you have a jack lelane juicer then you don’t have to do these steps). After it’s blended, take a measuring bowl and place the mesh almond milk bag over the bowl.. pour in the watermelon juice into the bowl and bag and start hand squeezing the juice into the measuring cup. This is your juice for breakfast.

2) Cut and prepare some veggies, i put in whatever I can find: spinach, beets, lemon, raddish, celery, carrots, kale, broccolli, cucumber, cilantro, I like to blend a fruit like an apple in my juice to sweeten the bitterness (some cloves of garlic if you are up to it, helps prevent cancer). Blend it up and repeat the process, this is your lunch.

3) Watermelon juice, apple juice or blended oranges would be a nice snack.

4) Blend up some more veggie juice for your dinner.

5) I like to have plenty of extra fruit juice / watermelon juice / apple or carrot juice in the fridge for a late night snack incase i get hungry.

Repeat the next day, and the next day.

Fasting on juice is a lot less painful than flat out fasting without juice and just water, but it still takes a whole lot of willpower to stop eating.. but once you are over the 2nd day or the 3rd day you will begin to get used to it and actually crave the healthy juices. I would do this for at least a week, to see results. You will see results very fast since your body is consuming the excess fat and you will notice a physical difference in your clothes fitting again.

Like I said it gets easier as the days go by. Never skip a juice on the fast or you can get dizzy and faint, lay off exercising or strenuous activity if you’re on a fast to prevent this. The nutrients in the juice helps feed your body so you wont go through this, but fasting is a time to relax and let your body work on itself.

And seriously do not cheat and sneak food, you will halt the fat burning process. just try it for 2-3 days before you decide to cheat or give up! Don’t give up! Like i said after 3 days you forget about your food cravings and think less of it… and from there it’s smooth sailing.
