All I can tell is what I did, I suffered from IBS all my life. I had some really bad periods. I solved most of my problems by starting to drink purified water, highly filtered water down to half a micron did not work. Purified water is either reverse osmosis or distilled. Some RO water comes with added minerals or just take vitamins. When you drink coffee or tea it has to be made from purified water and see what happens.
