In a devestaing new report more soldiers are commiting suicide than are killed in action., and as an ex military man from the United Kingdom, one that has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for many years, I was horrified to once again read that more United Kingdom military personnel died from Suicide last year than soldiers, who were actually killed in action, during the Afghan campaign. These suicide deaths include 21 actual serving soldiers and 29 Veterans compared to 40 who died in action. While the death of a soldier killed in action is terrible, as when in action death is very hard to prevent, the death by suicide of 21 serving soldiers and 29 veterans is unforgivable and the question has to be asked. Could more have been done to protect these very brave and vulnerable men and women?

OK my friend I will take the bait I have been there probably before you were even born and have many friends there. You should also realize that I am not American not that I have a problem with them and you should also realize I do not agree with some of their policies as I do not with the UK, but what you should realize I am a person who is not hiding behind a masquerade of a stupid pen name as you are. You should also realize that I am in contact with many friends over there and they would not count you as a friend. If you have the guts which I do not think you have, lets see from you just what it is like to be there, but of course you cannot do that because as far as I am concerned you have never been there.
