Raw coconut-chocolate cake made in 15 min. (Recipe)

This is something you are not prepared for: a cake – one of those easy desserts to make – done in 15 minutes! The ingredients are also easy to digest, and they taste delicious. A dessert, every child will be very happy about (and we bigger ones, too). You have to try it!
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Chill: 60 min.
Ingredients for a round cake of 10” (26 cm) in diameter -
Dough:
1 1/2 cups of carob powder
2 cups of coconut flour
½ cup of cocoa powder
pinch of salt
½ cup of honey
½ – 2/3 cup of water
Cream:
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of coconut flour
½ teaspoon of vanilla
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
Methods/steps -
Dough:
1. Put all dry ingredients into food processor or blender and mix well.
2. Add honey and water, and process until well combined.
3. Line a 10” (26 cm) round cake pan with removable bottom. Evenly press the dough into the pan.
Cream:
1. Mix the ripe bananas in a blender to a crème.
2. Add all other ingredients to the banana crème in the blender and mix all together.
3. Spread the crème evenly over the dough. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of coconut flour on top.
4. Leave it in the refrigerator for 60 min.
5. Cut into pieces you desire…………….enjoy.
6. You can leave it in the refrigerator – in a sealed container – for up to seven days.
