The creater of Bach Flower Remedies was noone other than the amazing creator himeself, Dr. Edward Bach who was a trained physician, bacteriologist, and a homeopath. He developed Bach Flower Remedies to heal and balance negative thoughts that everybody has as these can lead to physical disease. They can help all types of personalities and different emotional trauma. There are only 38 Bach Flower Remedies developed. Bach classified all emotional problems into seven major groups: fear, uncertainty, indecision, insufficient, interest in present circumstances, loneliness, oversensitivity, despondency, and overcare for the welfare of others. The dew on the flowers can have a positive effect on the mind while using it internally. Bach tested all these reactions out by putting a petal on his tongue and felt the benefits mentally and physically.

Their are two methods to use to get the best effects from the fantastic flowers:

The sun method: This involves floating the flower heads in pure water for three hours, in direct sunlight.

The boiling method: boiling the flowering parts of the plant for half an hour in pure water.

What I like about Bach Flower Remedies it it suits the personality type you have or the mood you are in. Some of the remedies are known as type remedies. Your type remedy is the remedy that is most compatible to your personality or what negative emotion you are feeling at that moment in time.

My personal analysis:

I looked at all the Bach Flower Remedies and since I’m a vintage lover I couldn’t help but laugh and think this is the perfect remedy for me:

Honeysuckle: For those who dwell in the past to the extent that they lose interest in the present. The remedy puts the past in perspective and helps them focus on today. It also helps with bereavement. I don’t focus on the past that much but I think I’m going to try it considering I’m pretty obsessed with the past fashion, music, and life before me.

Rock Rose: For terror or panic, which may not be rational but is still real. It is also the remedy for accidents or sudden illness and for when there seems little hope. The remedy helps to give courage and strength. I just think it’s only right for me to try this flower remedy because not only my name and that I like rock n’ roll  but I would love to have a boost of courage and strength…, wouldn’t anyone?

I also want to try the really popular Bach Flower Remedey called Rescure Remedy:

It contains a mixture of Star or Bethlehem, Rock Rose, Impatiens, Cherry Plum, and Clematis. It helps in emergencies when you have panic, shock, loss of control, and mental numbness. It triggers the bodys healing process when it’s ill as well.
