In the year 2004 notification of  the disovery of, and the discovery of the release of, a synthetic model organism was sent to the ECDC, CDC, and Interpol in France as a crime against humanity along with the videos titled Silent Superbug. 

You can locate those videos on Youtube.  It is said that Gerberding from the CDC covered the entire thing up before being promoted to head of vaccines at Merck.  The Silent Superbug operates through quorum sensing. Apparently they mixed some genes of a butterfly, another insect, a parasite, a higher primate, a bird, and even another human being as instructions to the synthetic model organism. People who display symptoms are diagnosed with some sort of mental illness such as dillusional parasitosis and prescribed mind-altering medication.  The patients are not entitled to qualify for disability leave unless they accept such a dignosis by coercion.

The medical establishment whose texts are written by corrupt foundations do everything based upon the money they can get for this or that research project which helps to promote corruption.
