A Warriors Cry

Even warriors cry
Feel pain 
And sorrow
Warriors stay down for only a little while
Then come back fighting
Stronger than ever
Each heartache
Each challenge life sends
Only makes a warrior’s heart
& soul stronger
With each wound comes stronger scar tissue
With each tear
Comes more knowledge
With sending back the pain other’s try to cause
May come pain
But then it is disowned
Sent back to the sender to own
No longer a victim
But a stronger warrior
Pain is what makes a warrior
Spirit hurt
But not broken
Never broken
Having a troop
Makes a warrior stronger
The warrior is strong alone,
But stronger with brothers and sisters
Family of warriors
Fighting for good
Owning their own mistakes
But not owning other’s hate,
Sadness,
Fear,
Or pain
I will survive
I will leave this life gracefully,
But fighting til the end!
