Fluoride’s neurotoxicity has been the subject of academic debate for decades, and now a matter of increasingly impassioned controversy among the general public, as well. From ‘conspiracy theories’ about it being first used in drinking water in Russian and Nazi concentration camps to chemically lobotomize captives, to its now well-known IQ lowering properties, to its ability to enhance the calcification of the pineal gland – the traditional ‘seat of the soul’ – many around the world, and increasingly in the heavily fluoridated regions of the United States, are starting to organize at the local and statewide level to oust this ubiquitous toxicant from municipal drinking water.
Now, a new study published in the Pharmacognosy Magazine titled, “Curcumin attenuates neurotoxicity induced by fluoride: An in vivo evidence,” adds experimental support to the suspicion that fluoride is indeed a brain-damaging substance, also revealing that a natural spice-derived protective agent against the various health effects associated with this compound is available.
The study was authored by researchers from the Department of Zoology, University College of Science, M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur, India, who have spent the past decade investigating the mechanisms through which fluoride induces severe neurodegenerative changes in the mammalian brain, particularly in cells of the hippocampus and cerebral cortex.

So sad that these same documents basically prove they are quite aware of what they are doing to human beings with flouride. I wonder how many days of drinking the stuff until a human being hits the same level of toxicity, considering flouride isn’t naturally flushed out by the body.
Curcumin is truly an awesome supplement, and has great hepaprotective and antioxidant properties as well. the drawback of curcumin, however, is bioavailability. it just isn’t terribly bioavailable when taken orally (and i certainly wouldn’t suggest injecting it!). i’m sure someone will soon discover some more efficient means of delivery (perhaps a liposomal form?).
my preferred way of removing fluoride from the body is high-dose iodine. forget the “nascent” forms (though i’m sure they do some good); my favorite iodine supplement is Iodoral. try taking Iodoral for a few weeks and watch what happens to your dreams – they will get infinitely more vivid and memorable! it’s amazing. there’s no discernable reason why high-dose iodine supplementation should effect the vividness of one’s dreams, but this effect has been noticed by many other people – not just me. my guess is that the removal of fluoride from the pineal gland causes the rather extreme changes in the dreams.
try it out! you’ll definitely thank me later. also, check out the work of Dr. David Brownstein in relation to the very many positive effects of iodine on one’s overall health, especially if you or anyone you know have breast cancer of fibrocystic breast disease.

The article does not say how much curcumin to to take for good results.
I take 650 mg/day for inflammation as I am allergic to aspirin like meds.
